Alert: Phone Scam

Attention Netsync Customers:

There is a phone scammer calling Netsync customers claiming to be a Netsync employee stating that there is a malicious e-mail on your computer, and asking to remote into your computer to remove the malicious e-mail.  This is a scam.  We are not currently doing any outreach to customers that involves our staff deleting a malicious e-mail off of our customers' computers remotely.  If you get contacted by this scammer, please do not give them remote access to your computer or any personal information.

New Webmail Interface

Dear Netsync Customers,

As we have been making you aware, changes are coming to Netsync E-mail.  The first change revolves around updating e-mail settings on your e-mail clients.  If you need more information about that, please take a look at our Google Apps/E-mail Migration section of our website.  One of the other major changes happening is the webmail interface.  Users who access their e-mail by going to will see a change in the way webmail looks.  We wanted to give you a sneak peek on what the new interface looks like.  You can see it in the screenshots below.  We'll be moving to the new webmail experience on the week of December 1st, 2014.  If you have questions, please give us a call at 1-800-642-4294 and speak with our tech support team, send us an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
