Dear Netsync Customers,
The migration away from the Google Apps Mail platform has been completed. We are now full speed ahead on our new mail platform. Our new webmail interface is now live, and you'll see it the next time you log into your webmail. You will no longer be able to log into Google Apps using your Netsync e-mail address as the login. However, you can still use all of Google's services with a Gmail account.
For the migration, we set aside up to 2 weeks of each customer's e-mail that would be delivered immediately at the beginning of the conversion in the hopes of addressing our customers' immediate needs for e-mail. All the remaining messages that you don't see now will be migrated in over the next couple days, and will be placed in a subfolder of the Inbox called "Inbox (Old)". We have thousands of customers and many of them have a ton of data in their inboxes, and it will take some time to get all the older messages moved over to new webmail.
As a side effect, when the remaining messages migrate over, you may see some duplicates of messages from the past 2 weeks.
